Materia Collection Unveils New Showroom in Manhattan at Exclusive Designer Event

The event, held in the newly inaugurated space, showcased Materia Collection’s commitment to offering sublime design elements that elevate living spaces.
The new showroom is located on the Fifth Avenue, a few blocks north of Madison Square Park. Founder Yana Pojidaeva, who has previously established a successful showroom in Bay Harbor Islands, Florida, expressed her excitement about the new venture. “New York is new, but I think we are going to fit in,” said Pojidaeva. “We call it a sample showroom, but it’s still a place for designers to come, touch the product, see the finishes.”
The event featured a sumptuous spread from Mangia, set on a stunning custom mixed-material table, embodying the luxurious and tactile nature of Materia Collection’s offerings. Designers in attendance were greeted by Materia team members and had the opportunity to explore the showroom’s diverse range of textures and finishes, from extraordinary wall claddings to bespoke furniture pieces and custom millwork.
Paul Hagen of Aspire magazine highlighted Materia Collection’s contributions to sublime design, including their work on the Buddha Bar Restaurant New York with YOD Design Lab. He also praised the company’s commitment to sourcing luxurious materials from Italy, continuing a tradition that dates back to the Renaissance.
